IESL Vadakkin Chapter Holds its First Planning Circle about the Sand Issue in Jaffna on 2019.05.11

Planning Circle is helpful for the coordination among our own engineers who are serving for different departments and institutions. This is the platform to discuss inter-organizational issues where engineering solutions are to be given. IESL Vadakkin Chapter has successfully completed its first planning circle on 11th of May 2019 and discussed the “Sand Issue in Jaffna”. It was a half-day session and had in VIP Hall of Tilko Hotel, KKS Road, Jaffna. The event was enlightened with directors, head of the departments, senior engineers, other top officials from various departments and institutions and executive committee members of IESL Vadakkin Chapter.
