Terms of Reference
This committee shall monitor the administration of the IESL including Secretariat, Sectional Committees, Provincial Centres and other Committees and Sub Committees.
- Monitor the administration of all above.
- Recruitment of staff within the cadre.
- Additional recruitment with the coordination of Finance & Procurement Committee.
- Cadre changes and Management structural changes.
- Recommend salary revisions to Finance & Procurement committee.
- Proper management of assets including space as per the guidance of the Board of Trustees.
