Job Description: Group Engineering Head

Direct Reports:

Group Engineering Functional Leads, plant Engineering Heads 

Indirect Reports:

Group, Plant Executives, Staff and Associates

Educational Qualification / Experience required:

·         Masters in Engineering, Chartered Engineer

·         15 – 20+ years’ experience in the Engineering function, with strong exposure to engineering best practices and evolving technologies

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in heading the Engineering function for a large organization, spear-heading implementation of Engineering best practices

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for effectively strategizing and deploying Engineering KPIs across Brandix

2. Provide leadership to SBU / Plants through rigorous functional reviews and technical guidance to the team

3. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Group Engineering functional pillars across geographies

4. Drive strategic synergies and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

5. Lead and Direct the Engineering team across the SBUs, Plants and Group and deploy evolving technologies & best practices

6. Monitor group CAPEX spends

7. Spear-head and drive maintenance KPIs across the group

8. Planning & Implementation of Green-field / Brown-field projects (achievement of project functional deliverables, adherence to target timelines, cost, EHS requirements & compliances)
