Registration of Arbitrators and Adjudicators In the Directory of Arbitrators and Adjudicators

Due to travel restrictions imposed by the government, kindly send scanned copies of all applications and payment slips in respect of 1 (a), 1 (b) or 2 below to the email address ramani@iesl.lk on or before June 15th 2020.

1. New Registration for 2020/2021 Directory (For guidelines please click CEOO-ABAD/GD/04)

• As an Arbitrator

Any Corporate Member of the Institution with more than 10 years of experience after becoming a Corporate Member and who wishes to register as an Arbitrator is requested to apply for registration using the application form No: CEOO-AB/FO/2 in respect of Arbitrators. The duly filled application form has to be accompanied by a brief CV of the applicant to ramani@iesl.lk on or before 15th June 2020 with the payment slip of application processing fee of Rs. 2,750/- for registration as an Arbitrator (Pl refer note**).  The application would be processed only if the member has settled his/her subscription fees up to and including the current year.

The applicant should pay an additional fee of Rs. 1,500/- to get his/her name listed in the Directory of Arbitrators/Adjudicators, if he/she is appointed as an Arbitrator.

• As an Adjudicator

Any Corporate Member of the Institution with more than 10 years of experience after becoming a Corporate Member of the IESL can apply for registration as an Adjudicator  using the application form No: CEOO/AD/FO/1 in respect of Adjudicators. The duly filled application form has to be accompanied by a brief CV of the applicant to ramani@iesl.lk on or before 15th June 2020 with the payment slip of an application processing fee of Rs. 2,750/- for registration as an Adjudicator (Pl refer note **).  The application would be processed only if the member has settled his/her subscription fees up to and including the current year.

The applicant should pay an additional fee of Rs. 1,500/- to get his/her name listed in the Directory of Arbitrators/Adjudicators, if he/she is appointed as an Adjudicator.

                  ** Note: Registration is free for additional category

2. Continuation for 2020/2021 Directory as an Arbitrator or Adjudicator

Corporate Members who have registered themselves as Arbitrators and/or Adjudicators with the Institution can now get their names listed as Arbitrators or as Adjudicators or as both as the case may be, in the 2020/2021 Directory of Arbitrators and Adjudicators, by applying for same using the application form NO: CEOO-ABAD/FO/3 (Click: CEOO-ABAD/FO/03). The duly filled application form has to be submitted to ramani@iesl.lk on or before 15th June 2020 with the payment slip of application processing fee of Rs. 1,500/-.  The application would be processed only if the member has settled his/her subscription fees up to and including the current year.

3. Payment options

                  Option 1 -  Cash payments must be made to IESL AC No. 002323113 Bank of Ceylon, Torrington Square and  a scanned copy of the  bank slip is to be emailed to ramani@iesl.lk to get the confirmation. 

                   Option 2 - Online fund transfer to IESL Account No: 0002323113 maintained at the Torrington Square Branch of BOC and a scanned copy of the confirmation payment slip is to be emailed to ramani@iesl.lk to get the confirmation.
