ENGINEER - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
About the Role
We are looking for an innovative and passionate R&D Engineer to join our growing team in the Research & Development Department. If you have a strong drive for research, technology, and innovation in the construction industry, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop new construction materials, systems, and technologies.
- Evaluate and implement innovative site methods to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with university academics and project teams to translate R&D concepts into practical applications.
- Prepare reports and feasibility studies to support management decision making.
- Participate in overseas project assignments as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the standardization of engineering practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- A four year full-time BSc (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by IESL.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of site experience in the construction industry with a reputed organization.
Other skills required
- Strong passion for research, development, and innovation in engineering.
- Familiarity with modern tools and emerging technologies in the construction sector.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work on overseas projects.
