Terms of Reference

This committee is responsible to the council for the effective and sustainable management of IESL funds either it be capital investments or else be recurrent expenses. Committee is responsible to ensure proper and accepted procurement processes are followed in executing council approved annual
budgets. In order to ensure the delivery of these responsibilities FPC:

1. Ensure proper and accepted financial management practices and procurements of goods and services practices are followed
2. Optimum revenue management & administration, management of capital investments ensuring they are viable and sustainable.
3. To study and advice over the periodical reports submitted by respective auditors both internal and internal and report recommendations to the council
4. Monitoring and Evaluation of IESL investment plans and Budgets of Standing committees, Provincial Chapters, Overseas Chapters, Sectional Committees and other committees coming
under the preview of the IESL
5. Monitoring and Evaluation of budgets, accounts and balance sheets of the IESL and its subsidiaries on a monthly basis and submit recommendations to council
6. Conduct annual asset verification and report recommendations to council.
