The 14th Annual General Meeting of the IESL North Central Provincial (NCP) Centre was held on 12th September 2013 at the Banquet hall of Galway Miridiya Lodge in Anuradhapura.

Eng. Thilak De Silva, the President of Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL), participated as the chief guest and Eng. W.J.L.S. Fernando, the President Elect of IESL participated as the guest of honour for the session. Eng. Arjuna Manamperi participated as a special guest for the session. The heads of the Engineering Organizations in North Central Province, Eng. K.M. Jayathilaka, Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering)-NCP, Eng. Singharathne Bandara, General Manager- Provincial Road Development Authority NCP, Eng. M.A.D. Gration, Deputy General Manager- Ceylon Electricity Board (NC), Eng. R.M.P. Karunarathne, Director of Irrigationn- Polonnaruwa, Eng. Lalith De Alwis, Director of Irrigation Anuradhapura, Eng. D. Rohana Mithra, Additional General Manager, Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau participated as distinguished guests of the session.
