The Annual Seminar organized by the IESL in connection with the inauguration of its 109th Annual Sessions was held on Saturday, 17th October, 2015 from 9.00AM onwards at the Mihilaka Medura, BMICH. The theme this year was “Sustainable Infrastructure Construction in Developing Countries” and the keynote address was delivered Eng. Ranjith Gunatileke – Managing Director, Sankaen Lanka. Pvt Ltd.
