The Engineering Council, Sri Lanka (ECSL), established in accordance with the provisions of the Engineering Council, Sri Lanka Act No 4 of 2017 in the Parliament of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, is pleased to inform the process of registration of Engineering Practitioners in Sri Lanka.
