Suitability of Current CIDA SBD Series for Different Types of Contracts Being Practiced in the Construction Industry of Sri Lanka – Request for Comments

CIDA is in the process of revision of CIDA Standards Bidding Document (SBD) series. This was proposed by CIDA because of the necessity for Sri Lanka to keep abreast of recent construction industry developments. CIDA is keen to finalize the draft SBDs while addressing concerns of key stakeholders, therefore has requested your valuable comments and thoughts on the existing SBD documents.

SBD Document series includes

1. CIDA/SBD/01 – Small and Medium Contracts
2. CIDA/SBD/02 – Major Contracts
3. CIDA/SBD/03 - Minor Contracts
4. CIDA/SBD/04 – Design and building Contracts
