Following the government regulations and considering the safety of the IESL members and the staff, IESL has implemented the following safety protocols within the institution premises. We urge you to minimize your visits to the IESL headquarters and to use the inquiry/ appointment form first to make an appointment before visiting the IESL premises. if you are to visit, please follow the proposed protocols to the best you can.

  • Handwashing facilities or sanitizing hand rub dispensers are available at the entrance and several other locations within the premises. Make sure to use them when you enter the institutions grounds and while within the premises.
  • Your body temperature will be measured before entering the institutions grounds. Please corporate with the IESL staff doing this.
  • A tray filled with sanitizing chemicals has been placed at the entrance where visitors should walk over it avoiding germs spreading by shoes.
  • Please fill the form available at the entrance with your contact details and submit the same to the reception for recording purposes of visitors.
  • Try to have less contact with surfaces (e.g. desks and tables) and objects (e.g. shared used telephones, keyboards, teller machines, door handles and railings etc.)
  • Please use open doors as much as possible (eg. non-air conditioned areas) – This will minimize the necessity to touch the door handles.
  • In air-conditioned areas – open the doors with your body by pushing (this will minimize the contact of door handles, places, where you have to pull to open - it is advisable to use a disposable tissue for the door handle and immediately discard it. Such items will be available near doors).
  • Incoming customers to the premises through the main entrances will be controlled up to certain level to minimize the crowding.
  • Try to keep at least one-meter (1M) distance between the staff and fellow members while you are inside the premises.
  • If you happen to use your hand to press the buttons, please clean yourself with the Sanitizers placed inside the elevator. It is recommended to use the staircase.
  • It is mandatory to wear a face mask and should not touch your face with unwashed hands.
  • Please be kind enough to leave the IESL premises as soon as your work is done.

IESL has initiated said safety measures considering the safety of the Members and the staff to avoid any spreading of COVID-19. Following the governments instructions, we urge you to curtail your visits to IESL during the above-mentioned time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by implementing the above.
