Proposals for E-Voting System - Notice
INVITATION FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISION OF AN ELECTRONIC VOTING (E-VOTING) SYSTEM
The Chief Executive Officer/Executive Secretary of IESL on behalf of the Council of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) invites proposals from eligible bidders to provide e-voting system for the election of Council Members annually from its Corporate Membership.
The bidder shall comply with the following requirements.
- The language and correspondence for the Bid shall be in English.
- Bidders shall submit their Technical and Financial proposals in two separate sealed envelopes by-hand or postal mail to the Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Secretary of the Institution. Postal address: The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka, 120/15, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 07.
- Bid documents including Timeline for submitting documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) can be downloaded from (Click Here) or obtained from the CEO’s Office of IESL Head Office from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm during weekdays.
- Any clarifications with regard to the Bid, should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Secretary of IESL, via email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), three (03) days before closing the Bids.
- The Bids shall be closed at 4.00 pm on 04th May 2026.
